This coastal holiday home is a beautiful bungalow which has been completely renovated in 2018. Duinland 103 is located in the pleasant park Duinland in the coast area of Sint Maartenszee directly at the foot of the dunes.
The house is suitable for 6 persons and modernly furnished and fully equipped. The spacious, bright living room has a door to the terrace and the fenced garden.
The open kitchen offers all the comfort you could wish for: a large fridge with, among other things, a freezer with 3 drawers, an oven and a dishwasher.

The house is rented including the bed linen. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. The beautifully designed bathroom has a shower with sink and there is a separate toilet with sink.
The house is located only 1000 meters from the family-friendly beach on the North Sea coast. A nice walk through the dune reserve Zwanenwater or a bike ride of about 5 to 10 minutes.
The House is centrally located between cosy villages of Schoorl, Bergen and Callantsoog, all villages with nice terraces and good dining possibilities. There are wonderful walking and cycling routes through alternating forest and dunes, and of course in the spring along the beautiful flowering bulb fields.
