On the beautiful and green holiday park “The Sandepark “in Groote Keeten one can find this nice beach house. This lovely house is near the sea, has a lovely sunny garden, 3 bedrooms and suits 5 persons. In short, a superb holiday home big enough for the whole family, and cozy enough for two.
One enters the house in the living room with on one side the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee maker, a kettle and not to mention a dishwasher. The open living room features a cozy sitting area and has a nice and tasteful beach atmosphere. A door grants access to the west facing spacious garden and terrace.
The bedrooms and bathroom can be access through the hallway to the back. One bedroom accommodates 1-bed and a washing machine and dryer, ideal for during the holidays. The other bedroom has a 2 person’s bed. The bright bathroom has a good shower cabin, toilet and sink.
The third bedroom is on the 1st floor. This can be reached by stairs. On this floor are two 1-person beds and there is a small play area for children created. The house has a nice big sunny garden on the south and west side of the house.
