The house has a stunning location at the foot of the dunes, only 150 meters from the beach as the crow flies. Moreover, the center and village square of Callantsoog is also just 200 meters away.
The house not only has a great location, the interior is also very nice and stylish. The house is completely renovated, luxurious and nicely furnished.
At the entrance of the house, in the hallway, there is access to one of the bedrooms, bathroom and living room. The living room has an open kitchen, large dining table, a cozy sitting area and fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and large American fridge and freezer.
The living room grants access to the 2 terraces and garden via a glass sliding door at the front and the rear. On both sides is a terraces, good for the morning sun as well as the afternoon sun in the backyard.

The house has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located directly at the living room and have a double-bed each. The third bedroom has a bunk bed.
