Holiday with 14 friends or family in Sint Maartenszee
This superb vacation house which suits as many as 14 people and has 6 bedrooms. The villa is located in Sint Maartenszee at the foot of the dunes and the nature reserve “Het Zwanenwater”. From here you still stroll at ease or bike through the dunes within minutes to the beach.
Villa Duinland XL consists of two identical semidetached houses with a shared garden. Together the houses have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite are on the ground floor. The other four bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with bath and extra WC are situated on the first floor. All beds are single box-spring beds.
Very suitable for 2 families
You enter the house in the Hall with access to the living room and a separate toilet. The spacious living rooms in both houses feature a fully-equipped open kitchen, with among others a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a separate dining area with room for two tables and with two nice benches is here sufficient place for 14 people. The living room has a nice sofa and has flat screen tv with cable channels. There is also free Wi-Fi.
The House is very suitable for two families or a group of friends. With two houses one can has enough private space, but there is certainly room enough for the whole group to sit together as well. The House also features a fine south facing garden. Great for the long summer evenings
